I made this card for a coworker who will be leaving us at the end of the month (she's moving closer to her family). But my color choice was base on the Just Add Ink challenge this week: Just Add Blue.

Ink: Not Quite Navy, Pink Pirouette, Marina Mist
Paper: Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy textured, Whisper White
Tools: 1 3/8" Circle punch, Wide Oval punch, Modern Label punch
Embellishments: 1/4" Whisper White grosgrain ribbon, Basic Rhinestones
