July 4, 2011

I was able to whip out a card before our 4th of July festivities get underway. This is for last weeks challenge over at The Paper Players. And for this week "favorite technique" challenge at Pals Paper Arts. I like doing the Faux Metal technique - VersaMark onto Brushed Silver paper, Silver embossing powder - 3 layers. While the 3rd layer is still wet/melty take your VersaMarked stamp and push it into the layers of EP. The image I used is from Punch Pals - True Friend, Genuine Article, Accept No Substitutes.

Supplies:
Stamp Sets: Punch Pals, Swirls & Curls Verses
Ink: VersaMark, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Melon Mambo
Paper: Pacific Point, Ice Cream Parlor DSP (SAB), Whisper White, Melon Mambo
Tools: heat tool, 1" Circle punch
Embellishments: Adhesive Die Cut from Ice Cream Parlor DSP (SAB), Designer Button Brights Pumpkin Pie, Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon (SAB)

Thanks for clicking over to my blog!
