This is one of my fall-to layouts! It's pretty easy and simple. This includes 6 punches, so I figure that qualifies for the challenge over at Pals Paper Arts this week! :)

Embellishments: 3/8" Rich Razzleberry Taffeta ribbon, crochet thread, Designer Buttons Bold Brights Daffodil Delight, SAB Ice Cream Parlor button
